1. Service description

Trimpt provides AI-powered system prompt optimization. We compress prompts while maintaining quality verified by AI Judge.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your API key security. One account per person.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit prompts containing personal data of others
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the compression engine
• Do not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes

4. Service quality

We aim for minimum 7/10 quality score. If quality drops below threshold, original prompt is preserved. We do not guarantee specific compression percentages.

5. Payment

Subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime, access continues until period end. No refunds for partial months. Free tier: 3 optimizations per month, no credit card required.

6. Intellectual property

Your prompts remain your property. Optimization results are yours to use. Trimpt engine, DNA evolution system, and AI Judge are our IP.

7. Limitation of liability

Service provided "as is". We are not liable for costs resulting from optimized prompts. Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

Laws of Czech Republic. Disputes resolved in courts of Prague.
